To ensure our ethics are fully integrated within our culture, we run a programme for our managers on Ethical Leadership to embed the skills and behaviours that ensure a fair and consistent approach across our business. Through our relationship with Business in the Community and other external partners, we are involved in an ongoing dialogue, sharing ideas to deliver new creative ways to demonstrate our impact as a Responsible Business.
Our policy on modern slavery and human trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our policies reflect our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any of our supply chains.
