Annual Licensed Loss Adjuster Awards

On 19^th July, we hosted our 5^th Annual Licensed Loss Adjuster Awards at the Trishna restaurant in London.

Licensed Loss Adjusters are an integral part of our claims team and mirror the culture and values of our internal claims team. This event was designed to recognise and reward individuals who have provided a stand out service to our clients.

We remain the only UK insurer that interviews, selects, licenses and monitors individual Loss Adjusters. This ensures that they have both the technical and personal skills required to represent us but that they are fully aware of our claims process and share our strong   service ethos. 

Our claims team are invited to nominate from the panel of Licensed Loss Adjusters which are then submitted to a judging panel to review.

We’re delighted to announce that this year’s deserving winners are:

• Justin Boydell – Criterion - HNW Loss Adjuster of the Year
• Kevin Cooper – Vericlaim - Commercial Loss Adjuster of the Year
