Maternity (inclusive of statutory provisions)
- 1st 6 weeks of your maternity leave at full pay and 24 weeks at 50% of your salary

- Family day on us – take an additional day of annual leave within 12 months of returning to work after maternity leave
- Brilliant to be back bonus - £500 bonus paid after you have been back at work for 3 months
Shared Parental Leave
- Opportunity for mothers and fathers to share some of the maternity leave benefits
- If you have taken shared parental leave for 12 weeks or more, you are entitled to the maternity leave benefits
Paternity (inclusive of statutory provisions)
- 6 weeks at full pay for fathers so that they can be at home during the first few weeks after the birth of their child
Adoption and Surrogacy (inclusive of statutory provisions)
- 6 weeks full pay after 26 weeks’ service
- 24 weeks 50% pay after 26 weeks of service
- The right to up to 52 weeks’ leave and the relevant statutory adoption pay
Flexible working (available to everyone)
- Working longer days (up to a maximum of 9 hours per day) in order to condense your hours
- Job sharing with another employee e.g. working 2.5 days each
- Reducing the number of days/hours worked
- Changes to your place of work
We also recognise that there may be other times in our lives when alternative leave is required.
Bereavement & Compassionate Leave
- Up to 5 days paid leave following the death of an immediate family member.
- 10 working days paid leave for the loss of a child who is under the age of 18.
