We’ve delivered extensive initiatives to address gender-balance, recalibrated our recruitment approach to attract more diverse applicants, delivered increased employee awareness of unconscious bias, launched a new apprenticeship programme to promote equality of opportunity and celebrated the individuality of our people through our new employer brand, ‘Real People, Real Purpose’.
