"What really makes Covéa a great place to work is how willing everyone is to help each other out. I started my journey at Covéa as a Contact Centre Consultant within the Direct Distribution department and worked my way up to Team Manager. I took the next step in my career earlier this year by moving into our Digital department to become a Product Owner. My managers, teams and peers across the years have always been hugely influential in helping me develop so I can be the best version of myself."

"I've grown up at Covéa. I started here after passing my A levels at 18 working in the Motor Claims department, now I'm the Internal Communications Squad lead! The people, culture and business values are why I've stayed for so long!"

"I started working at Covéa as a call handler progressing to my current role as a Team Leader in our Pet department. I have met some amazing and inspiring people along the way who have always encouraged and supported me to strive for more. I am currently working towards a ‘Women in Leadership’ apprenticeship level 5, the learning opportunities never stop."

"I started working at Covéa just after my A-levels on the Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship. My plan was to finish the apprenticeship and go on to university but I loved the company so much that I never left! Since then, I have gone on to complete further qualifications in insurance. I am currently completing the final year of my degree level in leadership and management, which has all been provided by Covéa. I have also been able to progress through my career whilst studying, from Claims Handler to Senior claims specialist and have recently been promoted to Team Leader."
