Cost of living and financial support
Helping you get back on track
We understand that our customers may be struggling financially as the cost of living remains high. We also know that there is a strong link between financial and mental wellbeing, so the cost of living crisis is likely to have significant implications for mental health in the UK.
If you find yourself needing extra support then we want to help:
Financial support
Our research shows that 1 in 3 insurance customers would classify themselves as financially vulnerable, increasing to 3 in 5 for business owners.
We work with Money Wellness to provide financial advice and support. If you're experiencing a change in your financial circumstances due to the increased cost of living, you can also access a wealth of information and free services provided by the Financial Conduct Authority to help you get back on track.
