In addition, our Home, Motor and Commercial claims teams are accredited by the Institute of Customer Service so you can be sure you’re in safe hands if you need to make a claim. If you need to make a claim, our experienced, UK-based claims teams are on hand to provide you with a first class service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. From the moment you report the claim, through to settlement, our professional claims handlers will ensure your claim is settled quickly and efficiently.
