How do I report my claim?

Register your claim using the details above.

Please make sure you have your policy number, details of how the incident occurred and the approximate costs involved to hand when you report your claim.

If you’ve been the victim of a theft, or you’ve misplaced or damaged any items outside of your premises, then please contact the police to obtain a Crime Reference Number

What if I have Legal Cover?

If you wish to make a claim under the business legal expenses section of your policy, please contact MSL Legal Expenses Limited on 0161 495 4490.
