How do I report my claim?
Register your claim using the details above.
Please make sure you have your policy number, details of how the incident occurred and the approximate costs involved to hand when you report your claim.
What happens next?
- Providing cover is in force, your claim will be registered
- If you’ve been the victim of a theft, or you have misplaced or damaged any items outside of your premises, then please contact
the police to obtain a Crime Reference Number
- Any settlement made will be subject to your policy excess. Further deductions may be made for wear and tear and depreciation in
applicable cases

- Take all reasonable precautions to prevent loss, injury or damage
- Negotiate, admit or repudiate any claim without our written consent
- Dispose of any damaged items as they may be needed for inspection
