How do I report my claim?
Register your claim using the details above.
Please make sure you have your policy number, details of how the incident occurred and the approximate costs involved to hand when you report your claim.
What happens next?
- Providing cover is in force, your claim will be registered
- If you’ve been the victim of a theft you should contact the police to report the matter and obtain a Crime Reference
- Any settlement made will be subject to your policy excess. Further deductions may be made for wear and tear and depreciation in
applicable cases
