Pay Call
When calling, you will be asked to provide:
- Your policy number (stated on your policy document)
- Your vehicle details
- Your precise location
Significant Exclusions
The following are not covered by this policy:
- Replacing tyres or windows
- Missing or broken keys – the RAC can arrange the services of a locksmith, but you will have to pay for these
- The cost of spares, petrol, oil and other materials
- The cost of ferry crossings and toll charges
- Contaminated fuel problems. The RAC will take you to a local garage, but you will have to pay for the work to be carried out
- Labour at any garage to which the vehicle is taken
- The recovery of your vehicle if stuck in water, a bog, a ditch, on a beach or if your vehicle is overturned
