Covéa Insurance adds Carolyn Callan to commercial & HNW leadership team

Covéa Insurance is pleased to announce the appointment of Carolyn Callan as its new Head of Small Business and Schemes.

Carolyn joins the insurer having previously held senior roles at Swinton & Towergate. She will be responsible for continuing to drive the profitable growth of the insurer’s small business and schemes business.

Carolyn has a wealth of experience in the SME market, having been responsible for setting up the commercial division of Swinton as Director of Commercial Insurance, and more recently, was responsible for business development and marketing strategy for Towergate’s SME and Advisory Broking operation.

The previous Head of Small Business and Schemes, Tim Grant, moves to a newly created role focused on innovation and business transformation in the insurer’s commercial lines & high net worth team. Tim’s role will complement existing activity taking place across the business and accelerate the pace of digital transformation and innovation to ensure that the business is able to continue to meet the rapidly changing needs of its broker partners and customers.
