Covéa Insurance appoints new Director of Commercial Underwriting

Covéa Insurance is pleased to confirm it has appointed Gavin Dollings to the role of Director of Commercial Underwriting.

Gavin will be responsible for leading the insurer’s commercial underwriting strategy, building on its excellent reputation for service while strengthening the proposition for brokers.  He will play an integral role in enhancing pricing and underwriting capabilities to profitably develop the account, broadening broker partner relationships and increasing the insurer’s footprint.

Gavin has spent the last ten years at Allianz where he was Regional Manager for the South East and before this headed their UK Casualty and Construction account. He has also worked as a management consultant in Accenture’s Insurance Practice and he started his career at Commercial Union where he held various sales and underwriting management roles.
