Covéa Insurance celebrates its second year as a Times Top 100 Company!

Covéa Insurance is once again celebrating being named as one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For in the UK.
In this year’s Best Companies survey and accreditation process, based solely on employee feedback, Covéa Insurance placed 98th in the 2016 Top 100 Best Companies to Work For in the UK and achieved Best Companies 2 star accreditation which acknowledges excellence in the workplace and recognises outstanding levels of employee engagement.

The insurer also holds the Investors in People Gold accreditation which reflects the company’s continued investment in its people and the company’s promotion of an environment in which its employees can add value, make a difference and fulfil their potential.
During 2015 the insurer grew its workforce by 15% and its staff turnover levels were at an all-time low and significantly lower than industry benchmarks. To support both its current and longer term growth plans, the company is investing in a number of its office locations throughout the UK and is currently nearing completion of a multi-million pound investment in new premises in Halifax, which will shortly house the company’s current (c. 650) and growing Halifax workforce.
