Covéa Insurance celebrates one year of its online platform

25th September

Covéa Insurance is celebrating one year of its e-trade platform, Covéa Insurance Online.  Since its 2016 launch, the extranet has grown to accommodate four e-traded products Master Tradesman and Professionals, Packaged Retail & Salons, Packaged Offices & Surgeries and Property Owners. The platform has proved popular with brokers who benefit from a more flexible and efficient e-trading solution.

 Covéa Insurance Online in Numbers:

The insurer recently completed its strategic transformation programme to rejuvenate its e-traded offering, culminating with the launch of its Packaged Offices and Surgeries product earlier in the year. All products are showing excellent growth and the service level around these products continue to be very strong.

Sid Gulati, Senior Manager – Small Business for Covéa Insurance commented:

“We’re extremely pleased with the way Covéa Insurance Online has developed over the past year. Feedback from our brokers suggests that we have a platform that is genuinely helping them to trade better, with our 30 minute referral commitment being especially welcomed. Over the next year we’ll continue to get feedback from our brokers and enhance the platform to ensure it continues to meet their needs”.
