Covéa Insurance Comes Top in Broker Service Survey

In an independent survey of broker opinions, Covéa Insurance was delighted to be the highest ranked UK insurer for both its Commercial, and Personal Lines offerings.

The comprehensive study was conducted by the specialist industry publication, Insurance Times, who surveyed over 800 UK brokers nationwide. Brokers were asked to rate firms against a series of eight service measures, including fairness and speed of claims settlement, quality of cover and the accuracy and clarity of policy wordings.

Covéa Insurance was the top scoring insurer in the Commercial Lines rankings table, improving on its 2015 rank by one place. For Personal Lines, it shot up the rankings securing joint first place with LV=, having jumped eight places from its 2015 position.

This year insurers faced intense competition with Insurance Times confirming overall scores given by brokers were ‘sharply higher than last year and represent a significant improvement over the past few years.’
