Covéa Insurance Engineers raise the bar for Audatex training

Covéa Insurance engineersAudatex, the global risk and asset management software and service provider, has worked closely with Covéa Insurance, a member of one of Europe’s leading mutual insurance groups, to create a bespoke, modular training programme with the aim of setting a new industry benchmark for the Audatex Certificate in Assessment Construction and Audit. A team of 18 Covéa Insurance Claims Motor Engineers undertook the training programme and every attendee achieved a ‘distinction’ pass, resulting in an industry first. This outstanding achievement is a reflection of the underlying professionalism, dedication and hard work of everyone involved with the programme.

Underpinning the success of the training programme was a detailed online Training Needs Analysis exercise conducted by Audatex to enable it to understand the objectives of the individuals taking part in the training. This resulted in bespoke sessions being created, to ensure the exact training needs of everyone were met. To achieve a ‘distinction’, candidates had to achieve a score of 92.5% or higher across a challenging series of theory, assessment construction and audit tests.
