Covéa Insurance recognised for innovative approach to customer care

Covéa Insurance has been shortlisted for four prestigious insurance industry awards, recognition for its innovative approach to customer service and claims handling (in its motor and home claims teams).

The “Claims Excellence Awards” run by Insurance Times are due to take place on 6th May at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London, where Covéa Insurance will discover whether they have been successful in beating off competition from rival insurers.

The Claims Excellence Awards recognise insurers who demonstrate a commitment to providing a high quality claims service. Three of Covéa Insurance’s nominations relate to its new home claims service which was in-sourced in April 2014, creating over forty new jobs and reflecting its commitment to delivering a market leading service. The fourth award is for Covéa Insurance’s motor claims team who have completely overhauled the claims process to improve the experience for customers who make an insurance claim.

These four nominations are further good news for the insurer which recently received Investors In People Gold accreditation and was ranked as one of the 2015 Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For.
