Emerging Talent Hannah Dixon in the spotlight at I Love Claims conference

Covéa Insurance Commercial Claims Account Manager, Hannah Dixon, is taking to the stage as a speaker at the upcoming “I Love Claims” conference on 26th February. The event focuses on Commercial Claims and will be attended by around 150 senior figures from the insurance industry. Hannah, who has been identified as one of the industry’s ‘emerging talents’, will be talking about claims in-sourcing, as a way of gaining greater control over service and cost, using her experience at Covéa Insurance as a case study.

Over the last two years Covéa Insurance has completed a programme of work to insource its entire claims operation, including motor, home, and commercial claims. Hannah has been instrumental in successfully managing the insourcing of commercial claims and designing the operational approach to deliver an improved service proposition which can be tailored to meet the needs of commercial brokers and their clients.

Hannah, who is a former Charted Insurance Institute (CII) young achiever of the year comments:

“I’m really excited to have been invited to address the ILC Conference and feel very privileged to have this opportunity to speak to so many distinguished professionals. The last two years in particular have provided me some great insights into what factors are critical in determining success both for insourcing and delivering a tailored approach to customer service and I’m looking forward to sharing my learnings at the ILC conference.”
