Insurance Times Technology Award - a win for Covéa Insurance

Covéa Insurance fought off competition from rivals Aviva and LV last week to pick up the award for “Best use of Technology to Improve Client Experience” at the recent Insurance Times Technology Awards.

Covéa Insurance has pioneered service improvements by investing in new technology to meet the changing demands of customers in an increasingly technological world. In doing so it has delivered an industry first, by fully integrating the ActiveWeb and Imageproof solutions from PPG Industries and ServiceCertainty Ltd, to create a complete solution that has revolutionised the way motor insurance claims are dealt with.

As a result, customers have greater flexibility and active involvement in the management of their claim, and Covéa Insurance and its repairer network partners are able to manage customer claims every step of the way in real-time.
