We're aiming to be 'Best'

As a company that places great importance on its employees, we took part in the 'Best Companies Employee Engagement Survey' for the first time in 2013.

The response rate was excellent, with almost 90% of our people participating. The results were very positive and we achieved a “very good” rating, only just missing out on a place in the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For 2014 List.
