West Berkshire Training Consortium awards local business with Certificate of Excellence

West Berkshire Training Consortium recently presented Covéa Insurance with their prestigious award, the Certificate of Excellence. This certificate recognises employers who are committed to staff training and development and is the highest accolade that an employer can receive in the Investment in Training Awards.

West Berkshire Training consortium was specifically impressed with the business’s apprenticeship scheme. The scheme focuses on supporting the development of young people within the communities they operate in, providing these young individuals a chance to develop their knowledge of the insurance industry whilst gaining valuable on the job training.
