Following a decision Monday 16th December 2024 from Paragon Advance Limited to wind down their business they are unable to continue administration of your Landlord Property insurance. At this time the administration of your insurance policy will transfer to Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers Limited. Alan Boswell are a long-standing trusted partner of Covéa Insurance and are one of the UKs largest specialists in landlords insurance.

We would like to reassure you that this change will not affect your coverage or the terms of your policy. We remain committed as the underwriters of your policy and will maintain the high levels of service that we offer you.

Yes – Your cover, policy terms and conditions are unchanged and unaffected in any way. 

Do I need to do anything?

No, if you are happy for the transfer of the administration of your policy to go ahead, it will happen between Paragon Advance Limited and Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers Limited.

I don’t want the policy administration to transfer to Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers Limited, what can I do?

Call Covéa Insurance on 0330 024 2522 as soon as possible and we will discuss alternative options.

Will ongoing claims still be paid out?

Yes – Your cover remains in place, and we will manage your claim as we would have prior to this change. Covéa Insurance remain as the underwriter of your policy. 

I need to make a change to my policy how do I do this?
