The Competition
The title of the competition is Paris Olympics Quiz.
The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over.
This competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
The competition will run from 12:00pm on August 3rd 2024 (the “Opening Date”) to 12:00pm on August 12th 2024(the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
How to enter:
To enter the competition, Participants are required to comment their answers on the relevant Covéa Insurance LinkedIn post.
All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 12:00pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit to include for example as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
All correct entries will be pooled, and two winners will be chosen at random.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Prize
The prize is a bag of Covéa branded merchandise.
The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the Closing Date and must provide a postal address to claim their prize.
If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 14 days of being notified of their win.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place.
To comply with this obligation, the winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending an email to marketinganddesign@coveainsurance.co.uk within 21 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
If a Participant objects to providing any or all of his/her/their surname, county and winning entry being published or made available they should contact the Promoter by sending an email to marketinganddesign@coveainsurance.co.uk.
In such cases, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
